I’m a journalism nerd who believes in the importance of local news, good storytelling on all platforms and fact-checking. I especially have a fondness for longform. I tell stories because it’s how I engage with the world and the people in it.
Currently I’m a reporter and researcher at ESPN, where I pitch and write stories for the enterprise journalism team in addition to fact-checking. Recently I started contributing to ESPN's coverage of the WNBA.
Through internships at ESPN and the Indianapolis Star, I learned how to cover sports and news stories across print and digital platforms. As editor-in-chief of the Butler Collegian, I led a team of editors and reporters discussing questions like why we're telling this particular story, how we're going to tell it and what that story should look like in print and online.
